All registered campers will receive a welcome letter, packing list, and invoice by mail.  Below please find a copy of the medication form needed if your camper will be coming to camp with medications that should be given during his/her session(s).  Please do not send this form in advance of your session - you will need to give it to the camp manager to accompany the medication.  This form will also be available at check-in.
