Staff Tax Forms

Below you will find copies of all tax forms needed for paid staff at camp. You should receive a staff packet by mail that explains which form(s) you will need to fill out. These forms must be completed and returned by May 18th to ensure your employment at camp. If you have any questions about these forms, please email Lacy at info@flipfest.com.
